We are a mobile crêpe trailer and you can find us "Cheffin'Up" sweet crêpes and savory galettes at many local events.


Our menu varies depending upon the season and event. Below is Summer 2014 menu though all may not be available at every event. In addition, new daily/weekly/event related crepes may appear on the menu at the site. Whenever possible, we use local seasonal fruits, veggies, and meats and the source will be indicated below or on the site menu.

Sweet Crêpes

Sweet batter is made with flour, eggs, milk, and sugar

Buttery crepe spread with a luscious lemon custard, topped with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of white sugar

Chocolate lovers delight! Whipped cream cheese and melted chocolate topped with chocolate coulis & crème de menthe chips

Toasted Almond

Monique’s signature salted caramel with toasted almonds and shredded coconut and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate coulis

Savory Galettes

Savory batter is made with buckwheat flour (Gluten Free!!), water, and salt
