We are a mobile crêpe trailer and you can find us "Cheffin'Up" sweet crêpes and savory galettes at many local events.

Menu

Our menu varies depending upon the season and event. Below is Summer 2016 menu though all may not be available at every event. In addition, new daily/weekly/event related crepes may appear on the menu at the site. Whenever possible, we use local seasonal fruits, veggies, and meats and the source will be indicated below or on the site menu.  Although gluten-free options are available, the cooking environment is not gluten-free.

Sweet Crêpe

Sweet batter is made with flour, eggs, milk, and sugar

   Banana Nutella

Sliced bananas atop hazelnut spread topped with MacShack Acres peanut butter and honey flavored granola

Beau Soleil

Buttery crepe spread with a luscious lemon custard, topped with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of white sugar

  Campfire Crêpe

You’ll want S’more of this delicious combination of Monique’s semi-sweet chocolate coulis, graham crackers, and marshmallows

Choc-o-Lot

Chocolate lovers delight! Whipped cream cheese and melted chocolate topped with semi-sweet chocolate coulis and Heath chocolate toffee bits

Classique Citron

Fresh lemon juice over a buttery crepe sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon

  Dreamy Creamy

Fresh strawberries mixed in a lemon-tinged whipped cream cheese and ricotta filling and topped with Monique’s chocolate coulis

Fraises au Chocolat

Fresh strawberries over a smaattering of strawberry jam and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate coulis

  L’Elvis

Sliced bananas atop hot creamy peanut butter drizzled with Alfredo’s honey and topped with MacShack Acres peanut butter & honey granola

 Naturelle

A buttery crepe sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar

Peaches & Cream

Fresh peaches are layerd onto  a whipped cream cheese and ricotta filling and topped with Monique’s chocolate coulis

Toasted Almond

Monique’s signature salted caramel with toasted almonds and shredded coconut and drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate coulis

Customize your sweet crepe by adding bacon, pecans, sliced almonds, walnuts, whipped cream 

Savory Galettes

Savory batter is made with buckwheat flour (Gluten Free!!), water, and salt

Breakfast anytime: Scrambled egg combined with bacon or ham or Black Boar Farm sausage and topped with cheddar cheese

Jambon & Fromage*

Thinly shaved black forest ham topped with melted sharp cheddar cheese

Le Bon Brat*

Our galettte is filled with grilled bratwurst and caramelized sweet onions. Dijon mustard and sauerkraut optional

  Le Vege*

Fresh bed of spinach atop whipped goat cheese layered with sautéed mushrooms & topped with Monique’s cranberry sauce & toasted walnuts

  +add bacon or grilled, marinated chicken or Black Boar Farm sausage or black forest ham or Olli Salumeria chorizo

  L’Italien*

Fire roasted red peppers on a bed of spinach layered with mozzarella cheese and topped with pignoli nuts

Obrigado*

Olli Salumeria Chorizo & sautéed rainbow peppers, sweet onions & mushrooms topped with Manchego cheese

Pearfect*

Fresh pears, pecans, proscuitto, melted provolone and a drizzle of Alfredo’s local honey are combined for this flavorful galette

Pisa Pizza*

Local Olli chorizo with melted provolone and mozzarella atop a spread of tomato sauce and a sprinkling of oregano adds an Ialian flair to this satisfying galette

Customize your savory galette by adding avocado, pesto, pecans, roasted red peppers, sauteed mushrooms, sliced almonds, spinach, walnuts
