We are a mobile crêpe trailer and you can find us "Cheffin'Up" sweet crêpes and savory galettes at many local events.

Menu

Our menu varies depending upon the season and event. Below is our early Spring 2013 menu though new daily/weekly/event related crepes may appear on the menu at the site.

Sweet Crêpes

Sweet batter is made with flour, eggs, milk, and sugar

A buttery crêpe sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar

A buttery crêpe spread with a luscious lemon filling, topped with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of white sugar

Fresh blackberries mixed in a lemon-tinged whipped cream cheese filling and topped with chocolate coulis

Chocolate lovers delight! Whipped cream cheese & melted chocolate topped with whipped cream, chocolate coulis & crème de menthe chips

Fresh lemon juice over a buttery crêpe sprinkled with sugar & cinnamon

  Vraiment Vert ($4.50)

Fresh lime juice over a buttery crêpe sprinkled with granulated sugar

Succulent chicken in a sherry velouté sauce mixed with asparagus, sautéed onions & mushrooms and topped with fresh asparagus tips

Bay scallops & shrimp cooked in béchamel sauce over sautéed leeks & topped with fresh dill

Whipped goat cheese atop a fresh bed of spinach layered with sautéed mushrooms & topped with Monique’s cranberry sauce & toasted walnuts

Breakfast anytime: a local farm fresh egg scrambled or up with bacon or ham or local farm sausage and topped with cheddar cheese
