We are a mobile crêpe trailer and you can find us "Cheffin'Up" sweet crêpes and savory galettes at many local events.

Menu

Our menu varies depending upon the season and event. Below is our Fall 2013 menu though new daily/weekly/event related crepes may appear on the menu at the site. Whenever possible, we use local seasonal fruits, veggies, and meats and the source will be indicated below or on the site menu.

Sweet Crêpes

Sweet batter is made with flour, eggs, milk, and sugar

A buttery crepe sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar

Sliced bananas atop hazelnut spread topped with peanut butter granola

  La Grande Greenie

Sliced Granny Smith apples spiced with cinnamon sugar and topped with Monique’s salted caramel

  The Great Pumpkin

Whipped pumpkin and cream cheese drizzled with maple butter sauce and pumpkin seed ginger granola

  A Nice Pear

Fresh pears poached in honey, vanilla, and lemon zest on whipped goat cheese and topped with honey and sliced almonds

  L’Elvis

Sliced bananas atop hot creamy peanut butter drizzled with Alfredo’s honey and topped with MacShack Acres peanut butter & honey granola

  Lime Time

Monique’s luscious buttery sweet lime custard made with fresh lime juice & lime zest is topped with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of white sugar

  Classique Citron

Fresh lemon juice over a buttery crepe sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon

  Vraiment Vert

Fresh lime juice over a buttery crepe sprinkled with granulated sugar

Savory Galettes

Savory batter is made with buckwheat flour (Gluten Free!!), water, and salt

Olli Chorizo & sautéed rainbow peppers, sweet onions & mushrooms topped with Manchego cheese

  Sausquatch*

Puréed Deer Run Farm sweet acorn squash blended with Babes in the Woods sausage, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with roasted pecans

  Le Vege*

Fresh bed of spinach atop whipped goat cheese layered with sautéed mushrooms & topped with Monique’s cranberry sauce & toasted walnuts

  +add grilled, marinated chicken or Babes in the Woods sausage or black forest ham or Olli Salumeria chorizo

  L’Italien*

Fire roasted red peppers on a bed of spinach layered with mozzarella cheese and topped with pignoli nuts

  Le Bon Brat*

Puréed Deer Run Farm sweet acorn squash blended with Babes in the Woods sausage, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with roasted pecans
