Have you ever been at an event and wanted to eat something different? Are you looking for an interesting and delicious alternative to the typical fare? Questions like those were the genesis for our mobile crêpe biz. Monique comes from a French family and being around these relatives provided many opportunities to eat and prepare crêpes and their savory cousin, the galette. To ensure your enjoyment of authentic crêpes, we travelled to Brittany, France, the birthplace of crêpes, where we obtained our training and certification from a crêpe making school.
Monique’s Crêpes will travel throughout the area with our mobile trailer to bring our hand-crafted crêpes to you. You can even watch us prepare your crêpe through the windows in our trailer. At the heart of Monique’s Crêpes is the food – we are partnering with regional growers to bring you the best tasting and freshest ingredients available while also supporting our local farmers and orchards. “Nothing comes from a can” is our pledge!
We love our planet and want to be good stewards as we serve take-away foods. With that in mind, our napkins, containers, plates, cups, utensils, etc. are compostable. Our impact is on taste, not waste. We are also using the quietest propane generator available to make your ordering and eating experience more enjoyable. We hope to feed you soon.
